At Tech Squad® we pride ourselves on being knowledgeable in regards to computers, but at the same time remembering that we are human beings too. Furthermore, that we need to respect, and be able to communicate clearly to you our customers.
Tech Squad was founded in 2001 by 2 young Canadian entrepreneurs. The company, its staff, and its owners have stuck with a simple philosophy over the years; which is to treat all of our customers with respect, to solve their computer issues in a timely manner, and at a fair price. This sounds like a no brainier, but in reality, it is hard to consistently maintain. You see this often at the big box stores.
At Tech Squad we will work hard for your business, and have a genuine desire to want to help our customers. This starts with knowledgeable & friendly staff, but it doesn’t end there. From the top down, we are committed to our philosophy, and it shows, which is why more than 30% of our business comes from referrals and repeat customers.

All of our technicians are certified; have years of field experience, but not just in technical areas. The other key piece of the puzzle, is training in customer service. We are fully licensed, insured (seriously not all technical businesses are, you need to investigate “insurance” before choosing a tech company), and all technicians have completed security background checks.
