I've done business with you in the past in the removal of the ever so popular klez worm fom my system. Since then I highly recomended you to over 20 friends & family of mine that ever encounter any CPU difficulties. In comparision to any other shop in ton its nice to see a flat rate on system repairs. Your service is fast, efficent and friendly. I also like the setup of your shop. The repairs are sone right before my eyes where other shops take my baby into the back room and do good knows what to it. I can also call in and feed you symtoms of a possible ahrd disk faliure to a faulty power cable and you have an immediate answers to what it could be, you were straight forward & honest with me. Therefore I can trust you with my system. I normally don't feel comfortable with others working on my system given my experience level with computers dating back to the old tandy / radio shack days where I can usually solve the issues myself. I am very impressed with Tech Squad overall! They handled my request for a service call very quickly and only took 3 days(including a weekend)to save me. My Xp was attacked by 3 very tenacious and tough malware packages. Devon removed them all and in addition cleaned up a few other unwanted softwares.
